LSI LOGIC CORPORATION AND
ATHENA GROUP ANNOUNCE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSING AGREEMENT
Gainesville, FL - January
31, 2005 - The Athena Group today announced an agreement
to license intellectual property to LSI Logic and its customers.
Athena also announced that under the agreement LSI Logic has
taken delivery of two of its leading products, a high performance
Fast-Fourier-Transform (FFT) engine from Athena's Atomic Signal
Processing library and a TeraFire®public key cryptography
core.
